The Next Gen Legend of Ze...

ALL CREDITS TO demontium

If they do this game with the same effort that they did with SUPER MARIO GALAXY then this game will give an awe of god like appeal.

Visuals:

Should outdo SMG by alot meaning programable shaders, high FPS rate, smooth framerate, big worlds, transperancy in water, real lighting, and deatiled textures. 16:9 widescreen, 480p.

Audio:

The Wiimote speaker was good in TP but they should expand. There would be slashing of the sword, sound of the Bow stretching and the Arrow wooshing through the air, and the fairy's advice.

Fully orchestrated Zelda music and they should compose new music that gives an epic war-like feel.

Controls:

YES 1 to 1 controls for quick hitsand on an enemies it does recognize some key differences on were you hit them. When you hold A that does the strong attacks that arent one to one control but they are direction based, meaning swing the Wiimote downwhile hold A and you do the original jump attack/swing it up and you do an uppercut swing/swing left or right and you get a strong swing of the sword left or right/ push the wiimote forward to do a stabbing attack (yes Link should be able to shank its about damn time). You know how they map their items to the D-pad well why not let us map less important items to the diagonal directions of the D-pad so that we dont have to press start as much, good idea anyone? I dont know if they really need the iR on at all times thats something I have not thought of yet but obviously things like Boomerang and Arrows are aimed with the IR. Some items would simply be pressed by an item or you could use the Wiimote for more accurate and powerful but it takes more skill. Swing the nunchuk for a shield jab but there is also a button for just regular guard. The jab can send arrows back to the enemy but if you do it wrong you get hurt.

The controls can be done right it just takes polish and trial and error on the developers side. Being that they are already making the next game its pretty safe to say they will do something like this.

Gameplay:

I think bosses need to get harder. If you remeber some of the earlier bosses int he Zelda series they were much harder than what we saw in TP. TP is not a non gamer game so lets raise the difficulty not lower it.

Temples are at the core of Zelda games but they need more than just mini quest to break up your transition to those temples. I have suggested before that this Zelda game should have full scales battles and the venturing to temples helps you find out about your enemy and why you have to go to war with them. Yes real big battles kinda like Heavenly Sword except done right.

Enemies are affected differently not only by the different weapons you use but by the direction with your sword. SOme directions wont work. The power hits are hard to pull of and leave you open for attack while the swift one to one control hits are weaker but let you jump around your enemy and dodge.

Story:

As I said before there should be wars that are started by the overlying bad guy. The bad guy should be so powerful that he captures Ganon and thats perfectly good way to keep Ganon involved in the story but not have him ONCE AGIN the main bad guy.

Like I said there should be battles which literally decide the fate of Hyrule. The battles have elments of puzzles in it like you wil progress to different sections fo the battle field, one part involves shooting arrows maybe shooting ropes to make aplatform fall on enmies/plant bombs near a hill side to make rocls tumble on the enmie/ or you could be on the front line. No this is not a battle field game but it will take elements and I think it is genious. Once you are in the battle you cant get out, there will be troops and such and different allies helping you in battle but obviously you will be fighting ALOT of enemies and near the end when you are starting to win the battle you will fight an important bad guy who is behind the overall plan to destroy hyrule.

another way to make the Temple venturing be more transitional is by high speed horse battles which were in TP but this time they should go way more in depth. The key with all these new ideas, which im sure diehard Zelda fanboys are getting a temper tantrum because i want new lements that are revolutionary to the game to be involved, is to reduce the petty puzzles and incorporate them in battkes and horse chases. Think about how much better that is......

This game should be darker and more serious, making you feel more of an emptiness when they portray the evil side. NO THIS SHOULD NOT BE A DUAL NATURED YIN YANG game that so many games are using now. It just wouldnt work. Link is a good guy and being that most games out have their main characters struggle with themselves more than the main bad guy it would not be original to do.

i hope you like it, I think my transition between Temples and the new control scheme will bring this game true glory that harkens to the OoT days.
