If someone makes a coherent argument supporting Halo 3, and you call him a fanboy, then you're just using an ad hominem attack. Any intelligent person is going to recognize and expose this cheap tactic.

Agreed... but you can't enter a thread on gamespot debating the superiority of a game without someone saying, as you put it, "Halo 3z da s***! u dun liek it, u suck!!" (although I am seeing a lot more of that for COD4 these days). Sometimes I don't even know why I bother to give logical arguments anymore.

I HATE when people create threads to give reasons why Halo is bad and go on to state what games they think are better. Just because you believe that Gears, or COD4, is a better game, that makes Halo bad?... why? And the only other argument that you give is that it's not an improvement over 2, which I think is just plain dumb... Forge, Theatre, a new campaign, new map and new weapons for multiplayer justify a sequel for any other game, but because it's HALO it needs to have more? Stop holding Halo to such an impossible standard and enjoy what is a great game, or don't, just stop complaining about it.

For the record... I also think Gears and COD4 are amazing games. I do not think any of the 3 are truly better than one another, so the fanboy argument isn't going to work on me.

I think that all FOX has to hear is sex and video games in the same sentence and they go ape ****. The truth is that the scene is completely appropriate and is shown after you complete a romantic quest line where you build a relationship... something the ignorant fools at FOX would never understand because they have a warped opinion about what actually happens in video games. None of them have any knowledge in the field of gaming, and none of them have even seen the "sex scene" they are so angry about. If I were the development team behind Mass Effect I would sue them for misrepresentation, they lied about what was in the game (full frontal nudity, playing a male character and choosing to have sex with anyone) and it is hurting sales. Luke Skywalker meets "Desi does Dallas"... makes me sick.
