While both Nintendo & Microsoft have less exclusives than Sony has right now, they are filled with quality rather than quantity. Sony is too busy wasting tons of money making all of these exclusive games in which won't even sell well, save for a few like Uncharted or Gran Turismo.

It's also been proven that the attack against Sony was provoked. Sony had also laid off it's security staff earlier this year while using an out of date Firewall to secure it's user's data. If a bank had a big sign saying "Hey! We laid off all our employees and our security cameras are completely broken." then yes, I would hold that bank accountable for every action.

Hey, Sony rolled the red carpet and left the doors wide open and that wasn't their fault? You're missing the point though, while I do blame the hackers to a certain extent I feel as though it would be ludicrous to not hold Sony accountable for the actions. If you leave your car unlocked and it gets stolen, isn't it your fault for not remembering to lock up your car?

I know it's old news but it's still a valid argument and it would be absurd to think otherwise.
