And to be more accurate, it would be the difference between 700 billion and 787 billion dollars, and in the grand scheme of things, 87 billion isn't that big of a difference; they are both huge sums of money.87 billion isn't a big deal???.. and 1.3 trillion is what his stimulus/bailout/bend me over package is up to now.
