[QUOTE="Toph_Girl250"][QUOTE="leviathan91"]

I think people are making open carry is bigger issue than it should be. There's nothing wrong with it and if the law allows it, then I don't see anything wrong with a law-abiding citizen having and owning a gun on their person. Seriously, it's not a big deal.

THE_DRUGGIE

If I was walking down a street and saw an ordinary person carrying a gun, especially an assault rifle, I think I'd be scared out of my wits and try to hide from him/her. I'm sure especially little children seeing something like that would panic and run all over the place.

This.

I know there's the counter-argument of "oh, well they could conceal carry and there'd just be as many guns," but I'd much rather be blissfully unaware of all the ordinance arond me than see people with guns strapped to them like they're expecting Brad Pitt to pop out of nowhere and have World War Z follow with him.

I tried making the same point but lostrib and the gerg were all on my ass. Apparently because im uncomfortable being around people with guns i should equally be uncomfortable around people with cars, even though the 2 items were made for 2 distinctly different purposes. Im glad some people are comfortable with people just having their assault rifles around (wtf do you need an assault riffle for?) but I personally would feel more comfortable if the guy sitting next to me didnt have an assault rifle or a desert eagle strapped to his belt.

[QUOTE="ReadingRainbow4"]

I absolutely hated IV. It's the worst GTA game in my eyes.

mitu123

It was a stepforward in one area, but 2 stepbacks in others, quite a shame it couldn't get close to Vice City and San Andreas.

Vice City is the best GTA game imo. I just love the music, the atmosphere, even Lazlo was at his best in Vice City.

Seems more like friendly banter, and an acknowledgement of just how big GTA is.

Yup. I actually like this type of marketing. :)

[QUOTE="II_Seraphim_II"][QUOTE="thegerg"] I'd get in my house (my keys are in my hand, afterall) and carry on with my day, most likely by calling someone to remove whatever is blocking the road. I'm not a damn psychopath that kills people for simply threatening me. The fact that you seem to think the best options in this case are to shoot him or drive over him tells me that you may want to seek professional mental health counselling. thegerg
Lol i knew u were gonna say that which is why i edited to say u locked urself out. And you personally attacking me and refusing to answer my question verifies that I made my point.

What, exactly, is your point? That it's reasonable to kill someone simply for threatening you? I answered your question, by the way.

Aight.

[QUOTE="II_Seraphim_II"][QUOTE="thegerg"] "which do you think is probably more efficient at killing?" That depends on how it is being used (or misused). Judging by how many more people are killed by cars every year through amost no effort, one can easily argue cars.thegerg
Well cars are in use a lot more than guns and therefore the potential for accidents is higher, thats my point. If you try to score as many baskets as u can from the free throw line for 1 hr, and then try the same from the 3pt line but for 10 days, I guarantee you that u will make more shots from the 3pt line. Is it because the 3 point shot is easier? NO. Its because u spend more time doing it and therefore even if the probability of u making the shot is decreased, the sheer volume of attempts will end up giving u a higher total baskets made.

You're right, the fact that so many people use cars is one reason that they're such a big killer. That doesn't change the fact that cars are much more dangerous than guns.

Aight man.
