I have played a lot of games on live and they all have immature people I rarely last an entire match with my head set on

For the most part I agree... There's not been too many, if any, FPS I want to hear other people prattle on... Now other games aren't so bad and the Too Human crowd, if their not looking for a free handout, is rather quite good.

60 GB. I bought it a few days ago too. :) (I'll just swap to a bigger HD when the time is right.)

The short is is you really cannot go wrong with either... but, first and foremost, you have to ask yourself how much time/desire do you have to play online mutliplayer? If the answer is little to none you might want to look at just renting them (yes both) as good as the games are they don't offer a ton of single player only fun. (both of them have fun, compelling campaigns but they're short.) If you like mutliplayer games then you might as go with the cheaper one (all other things being equal) though if you do go with modern warfare make sure you get the GotY edition. (it has the multiplayer maps that were released as DLC.)
