I'm an only child, but if I had a sister and I HAD to choose between consentual incest with her, betraying a good friend's trust, or taking advantage of a drunk girl, I would be more comfortable with incest.

Of those I'd rather have consensual with a friends wife, but I'd never do that to a friend. If she made advances to me, depending on the degree, I would probably tell him too.
