Im thinking about buying Battlefield, but I really dont like Modern shooters with weak guns, so Im asking are the guns (particularly the assault rifles) weak?

If anyone uses GameRanger my friend is having this problem when trying to Download the client.

He says its patching but then it says "Cant connect, try again later"

I was also wondering if ModLoader is required to use the mods.

So Beta 1.7 is out, Im pretty new and I want to install mods. Do I have to wait until the mods are updated to 1.7? Are 1.6 mods incompatible with a 1.7 game?

Well Im not sure to buy Fallout: New Vegas, I loved Fallout 3 a lot, but I kinda don't want to have roughly a week of gameplay and not do anything afterwards, so should I buy it or not, I cant rent it either.

I know it seems like I think Modern warfare 2 is amazing and Im used to killing everyone really fast, but I think Bad company 2 is just too much.

Ok In Battlefield, I always use up either half of the magazine or all of it to kill someone, and sometimes they even escape? I dont like playing Hardcore because of the snipers, I use magnum ammo, it really doesnt help ALOT.

What setups for each class should I use to kill efficiently?
