Link would win this battle no doubt. Any summon spell that Cloud can throw at him Link can handle. Cmon look at some of the bosses he has killed. And Cloud ran with a group of people to beat his opponents and Link is Solo. He just needs to use the great fairy sword to balance the range of weapons and four fairies.
This would be a great match but link would win in the end, c'mon good always wins. and by the way link is not human he is Hylian. I can't beleive you call yourself a Zelda fan.
