It's probably only a matter of time before it's added to the growing number of Playstation games coming to 360. Virtua Fighter 5, Assassin's Creed, GTA4 (no longer time exclusive to PS), Ace Combat 6 (first game in the series to appear on a non-PS platform) and Resident Evil 5 (first time on the Xbox platform.) That's a nice list of games right there and those are just the series I wasn't expecting to see coming to Xbox 360 or exclusive lost.
Rent games before buying. My favorite games on the system turned out to be DOA 4, NFS: MW and Dead Rising even though I bought the system to play Oblivion and Gears of War. There is a lot of variety in the games library and your favorite game might be one you thought you would not enjoy at all.
It's unlikely it will ever outselling the PS2 in total sales but that was last gen and developers have already almost completely moved on to next gen consoles now. The Wii just launched and is still going through it's high demand period and the PS3 really should be too. In the US the 360 already has a decent lead on the Wii and sales in Febuary were not so much greater than the 360s that it will be catching up any time soon, so there is time for 360 take the lead in monthly again.
Maybe a price drop or Halo 3, Mass Effect and GTA 4 will help. As far as the other next gen competition goes the 360 has consistently outsold the PS3 in the US and while the PS3 is sure to make a comeback when there is a price drop and MGS, GTA4, GT5 and FFXIII are released the 360 might have enough of a lead to hold that lead long enough for some more big games to come to the system. Games are what will win or loose this generation, just like the last.

They should just keep making games for the PS2. For most genres the graphics are good enough and the system is still outselling 360 and PS3 in the US. If developers continue to support it I think gamers will too but since the majority of support from developers seems to be going to next gen console we will never know just how far it's limits could be pushed.
I don't think many people are going to argue with this. The PS2 had so many games and many of the best ones released last generation. The only platform that came close was the PC.
