Mmmh 6 is difficult, as most action split screen are repetitive and boring

Most games forgot about 2 player (vs or co-op) and go for online.. it's a shame, really

But let's see, Area 51 is a FPS with a nice vs mode (like Quake 2) but nothing out of the usual

Well, obscure is a survival horror game, it is not split screen, but you can play co-op in two playes mode.

Tony Hawk (any of his games, except project 8) are good split screen two player games, even if it's not action game

And last, you can try Fighting games like Dragon ball Tenkaichi Budokai 3, it's split screen, and it has all the action you need xD

Well, this doesn't even look like a job, but it may be at some points, right?

Did you download it for PC or PS1? cause PC version has more bugs, as i heard

Besides, did you try it on emulator or in the real console?

Cause emulation is not perfect.

I had this problem when my ps2 was really dusty.

If you dare to open it yourself, i'd recommend compressed canned air in spray for the lens
