This article was debunked a while back. Those same customers didn't know the difference between an HD-DVD player and an upscaling DVD player, which was labelled as a "High Definition DVD player".

Microsoft/Bungie is being sued because they advertised Halo 3 as being a High Definition game, and it's not.
Well thats going to totally fail, maybe its specs are a bit less, but the visuals in the game are up to par or better than almost all of the other 360 games. I can see if they released halo 3 and it came out looking like a last gen game, but clearly that is not the case. Thanks for the translation though, but I wouldn't be too worried if I were microsoft or bungie.Nope, it will succeed. The game is listed as being 720p/1080p and yet, it's actually only 640p.
EverQuest crushed Asheron's Call.
EverQuest 2 crushed Asheron's Call 2.
Chances are, Playstation Network/Home will crush Xbox Live.
