Wow, can't believe it actually happened. I'm not surprised to see EA buy another developer/studio, it's practically "standard" procedure at these days. BUT, what surprises me is that Pandemic was the one. Who is next?I heard Activision is finalizing a super secret deal with "someone" in Canada...rumors, rumors...

I got to see and play Crysis this past weekend. I was at the NewEgg Lan Fest in Ontario.It was the MP Beta, shown at the NVIDIA/ EVGA/BFG booth. For a while I was starting to get tired of the hype...Crysis everywhere. I WAS WRONG, the game looked awesome and played well. There was some lag, but I'm not blaming the game. I am now convinced that this is a must-have. The shooting was simply fun, the level I played (I think it was the Beach Level) was graphically awesome, heck I even got to shoot at birds and little crabs. To those of you that haven't heard of Crysis, well, get on it...you're missing out.
