Next ones on my list (pending no changes in dates) are Disgaea 3, Silent Hill 5, Spider-Man:WoS and Golden Axe (that takes me to October-November where a lot more are coming out that I'm looking forward to).
I was disappointed on my very first play because of the odd controls. But once I got used to the way the character moves, the game was pretty great. It is easy to get hypnotized and sucked into the game's atmosphere.ZIMdoom
I completly agree with you. First Garden, I got really annoyed with the way it moved. I didn't even make it to the first Spectra. But upon retying, I got more used to it, and can agree it's a really fun game. It's a neat little game to fire up when you want to just kill 20-30 minutes......... which ends up turning into 2 hours but I digress :p
Is end game just like a term used in mmo rpgs or does it just mean at the end of the game?superfreak937
Mostly used in MMOs that I know of. Since there is no real "End" to the game, End game refers to the hardest content that is accessible. So for example, Sunwell Plateau right now in WoW (and Black Temple, where Illidan is). It's the hardest content. And that 4 hours does not include time for yourself to PVP, gather reagents for pots/etc for raids, etc. It's very demanding, and why a lot of people joke around that it can be a second job.
Although if your goal is to just roam around, run instances (dungeons) for the fun of it, PVP a little, and not generally care if you have the best gear around, you can easily get away with 2 hours a night every few night, to have fun. It all depends on what you ultimately want from the game.
I spoke to guys on the wow boards and they said it does not actually take 4 hours to make progress thank god.superfreak937
It depends what you want to accomplish in the end. End game guilds do take 4 hours+ a night, 5-6 nights a week to get to say Illidan, and now Sunwell. However if you prefer PVP, you can slowly get gear, get an arena team up, and get a piece every few weeks.
