So... high in sugar and saturated fat. You know how much saturated fat you're supposed to have a day? 0. It's man-made. Just by eating that bar, you're adding an unnecessary 4.5 grams of to what you should be eating. Put the sugar bar down (all candy is just sugar in a different form).
