So, I just arrived from my first important exam - the Romanian language and literature exam. In February this year, the minister released on the Internet 100 tests for each exam discipline. I've prayed for an easy test to come and - what do you know? - I (in fact, the whole country) got the test with the number 11 on it. And 11 is my birthday! Anyway, the test was pretty easy and I'm really looking forward to see the final results next Monday.
In two days I got the Maths exam and the day after the Maths exams we got the final exam - the one for Geography or for History, depending on what you prefer. And I go for Geography. :)
In the meantime, my dad bought me a really cheap mp3 player from an obscure company called Well. How cheap? Well, 8-9 times more cheaper than an iPod Mini. :o You'd think it's a pretty bad player at this price, but in fact it's a pretty good bargain. Sure, it only has 1GB, it doesn't look as good as an iPod, only knows few formats, the display isn't color and the buttons are pretty hard to handle - in comparison with iPod. But overall the sound is pretty awesome and since I never play songs at the maximum volume, I don't have too many pretentions on this side of things. In the end, I am happy that I can finally listen to songs without having to turn on the computer or without having to listen to my parents' pathetic comments on how Sigur Ros or in fact any artist on my playlist isn't good music... Yeah, that's why I never listen to music while my dad is around.
