No, they engine is just more suited to 360 hardware/EDRAM (first RAGE game was 360 exclusive). Same for UE3 (Gears of War). Which means that they're lazy,because the PS3 has been out for 4 years and they're games still look Sub-par compared to the 360,like most other developers. Which means they have yet to make they're engine more suitable for the PS3. Hence the word "lazy".
