I'm coming to you seeking whatever aid you can give; considering this is one of the oddities on my computer that confuses and frustrates me to no end. Oh and, if this is the wrong section, just say so.

I installed Oblivion not too long ago and had alot of fun with it, my computer was good enough to run everything on high without having it lock up every second. I had anti-aliasing on 6x and it still ran smooth. I had my way with the game and uninstalled it. Since then I've been wanting to play again; so I reinstalled the game and cranked everything up to what it was. Now, whenever I play the game, it freezes and locks up for 4-6 seconds at a time with certain actions and effects until they are over. Nothing has changed since I last played it, except my Virtual Memory, which I've set back to what it was now and still no difference. I've updated my drivers, everything.

I really need help with this one, guys. Any and all help would be appreciated.

You should save your cash for the time you really need/want something. Otherwise, don't buy anything. I've made that mistake many times in the past.

I always do. I just hate the thought of going to the bathroom and coming out with unclean hands.

I know I am. Sometimes when I just even think about death, it makes me shudder and feel ill. So most of the time I try not to think about it.

The whole "real men" thing is foolish. A "real man" wouldn't care what others thought about him, if he wanted to do it, he would.

I had a dream once where I was part of a tribe settled on a beach somewhere, much like the murlocs in World of Warcraft. Then, out of nowhere, a giant tidal wave came over with a massive rubber duck riding on it which quacked and shattered the earth. I woke up after that.

I'd be a Jedi mainly for the fact that mind tricks > lightning. I could barter my way into anywhere, anytime.

I'd suggest picking up Medieval 2: Total War. It's a brilliant game; although a tad frustrating at times. The battles are fantastic and ruling over the kingdom you choose just gives you a feeling of power. So, it's an easy question. Medieval 2 all the way.

I don't really care that much about them, unless I decide to go and play the game again just to unlock a few in the race against my brother for the next 1000 in our gamerscore.
