Yes, it does have a good franchise mode in terms of depth, but the actual gameplay of the game is so buggy, glitchy and just straight horrible that it is probably not worth paying over $20 for. If you can get it for cheaper than that, which you probably can, go for it.

If I remember correctly, you just press the left trigger to leadoff, and then hold down the left trigger and whenever you let go of it the runner will steal

Medal of Honor: Rising Sun for the Xbox is compatible with Xbox 360, but it's not very good. There's also Battlefield 1942 for the PC, but it does not have a true single player campaign.
