Quantum of Solace - 2.5 hours

I have Xbox Live, it's been working good for months. But recently, when I'm signed in and the marketplace loads completely, I can never open any of the Spotlight and Games Marketplace pages and etc. Or even open the Avatar Editor.

Any tips please?
