Very true. I appreciate the honesty of this article, though I disagree with some aspects of it. I think that the blatant promotion of homosexuality in the mainstream media and video games makes many heterosexual gamers feel uncomfortable. To me, video gaming has always been somewhat of a pure art, until recently. This new form of "pseudo-morality" is being utilized by large corporations to appeal to as many people as possible, without gaining any objection. All the while, there is a steady decline in the quality of our entertainment, the products we use and even our social interactions. Everything is being watered down, marginalized, mass-marketed and over-produced; allowing for easy digestion. We are now being spoon-fed a dull gray image of the things we once loved and values we once held dear.
