CoD is bad but I wouldn't say customization is bad, and unlike CoD which is a simple FPS game ME is an RPG where customization is actually welcome.

ME2 had the best environments but ME1 had vehicle exploration.

"mmo like" Are you serious? Have you even tried to compare the two different genres or are you just speaking out of your ass? MMO's tend to be much more extreme and require much more time than single player games.

I wouldn't really say Skyrim was flawless, it was pretty dumbed down and stripped of gameplay features and RPG content over the previous games, only little was added in return for so much removed. Also not to mention the unnecessary hand-holding.

@batmanspizza14: The Witcher series as a whole was criminally ignored, but at least the third game attracted a lot of gamers.

So it seems they changed the focus again since Prey 2 changed hands. Prey 2 was originally going to be based after the first game but with another character who happened to be on the jet which was abducted and was seen in the first game, he ends up being stuck on an alien world with the job of a bounty hunter. I think the original idea was better.
