Just to let everyone know: For the Snuff shot achivements after the cutscene with Jessie confronting the special Forces get to the security room as fast as you can and you can see 2 more cutscenes and the find Jessie wandering the security room hallway. For Brad at the beginning of Case 8-1 pull up the map and find the "T" intersection with a dea end and at the dead end is a cutscene with Brad being zombified, to find him he is at the Entrance to the Warehouse room... please do the right thing by snapping pictures of both then giving them a mercy disembowel. It's the right thing to do
