During this past holiday season I was one of the lucky ones to score a Wii. It was actually a couple days after Christmas, I was lucky enough to be in a GameStop in Florida when a shipment came in. There were actually people screaming because there were only three of them, and I got number two. Yes it was fate, with a copy of Zelda tucked under my arm I triumphantly strut on back to the condo I was staying at and begun my adventure. Although I still think of my 360 as a better system, it doesn't have Nintendo games. That is the only reason I buy a Nintendo console every generation, Zelda, Mario, and every other Nintendo first party game, I **** love it.

Current Handheld King: DS Lite
by Jaded4Life on Comments
With school ending, and me writing my final exams, I decided to treat myself. So I went down to my local EB and bought myself a new DS Lite. What a good choice I made, the games are fantastic, the touch screen is fun, and the system looks great in my hands. I also own a PSP, but truly nothing can compare to Nintendo's touch screen gaming machine. Now I did buy a PSP first, but that was because I just couldn't see myself holding an ugly orginal DS. Now though I can go outside and enjoy a game of Advance Wars, or New Super Mario Bros in the sun. Thanks Nintendo!

This is a video of a project my friends and I did for an anthropolgy project. I don't really know what it has to do with that though.
Does Anyone Have Some Change?
by Jaded4Life on Comments
Hello my name is Nick, and I'm an Oblivion addict. Any sane person has spent time and gotten to know The Elder Scrolls IV. I was excited to hear yesterday that the first of the downloadable content was available. I immediately proceeded to load up my version of the game (on my X360) and download the new horse armor. I purchased the game for 200 Microsoft Points (equal to $2.50). I was shocked, two pieces of armor for $2.50, this is highway robbery! I am willing to pay money for whatever quests, items, and new areas you want to through at me, but I now fear the price. If two pieces of crappy armor cost $2.50, what is a new quest, or area going to cost. The answer, to dam much, Microsoft we all don't have pocketbooks the size of Bill Gates, please don't bleed your fanbase dry!
Oblivion Overdose
by Jaded4Life on Comments
I preordered the collector's edition of Oblivion, and picked it up the day it came out. Since then I have been trapped in the world of Tamriel and can't get out. I don't even stop to eat, it got pretty bad eventually that I had to pull myself away so I wouldn't pass out. There is just so much to do, and I have to do it all, i think the clinical term is addiction. My biggest fear right now is running out of quests to do, they better get going on that downloadable content, I might run out soon. As much as I play this game though, I don't think I'll ever get enough, in fact I'm going to go play it right now.
Playstation One Comeback
by Jaded4Life on Comments
I never owned a PSOne myself, I was always a Nintendo kid back in the day. Though now with my PSP I will soon have the ability to play PSOne games on the go. In preperation for this amazing event, I have started playing PSOne games on my PC. Using an emulator called ePSXe I have been playing games borrowed from friends. After beating all those loaned games I craved more, and I eventually discovered my new favourite BitTorrent rom site, Emuparadise. Everyone who likes PSOne, or who is preparing for the PSP PSOne emulator, should really check this site out.
Mario Bros, The Full Story
by Jaded4Life on Comments
Mario flash cartoons are floating everywhere on the web, and most of them are stupid paradies. I have found one that captures the true story of what happened during the original game. The flash is split into five parts (four completed so far) and all of them are full of dramatic Hollywood music and dialog. It really should be integrated as cutscenes into the original game. Overall the epic feel of the cartoons make them well worth your time. So check them out, and watch them become your favorite Mario flash cartoon.
My Fifth iPod?
by Jaded4Life on Comments
Yes that is right I am currently on my fourth iPod, a black 4GB iPod Nano. Now it looks like I might be adopting the next new thing. This "leaked" photo has been flying around the web for a while, and it looks to good to be true. As soon as I saw it though I was making plans to sell my Nano, and here in lies iPods genious marketing. Now basically everyone has an iPod, yet Apple keeps on churning them out, how? The answer is people like me need to upgrade, we need the latest and greatest thing. Is anyone else out there like me, going through insane amounts of iPods, and does anyone think Apple can be stopped?
The Powerglove Comeback
by Jaded4Life on Comments
If you have ever seen Minority Report with Tom Cruise then you probably will remember the gloves they used to control computers. I'm sure as a gamer you also remember everyones favorite peripheral (sarcasm) the Nintendo Powerglove. Well in an extrodinary act of genius someone has combined the two to create the Powerglove Mouse. If you want to learn how to build your own check it out here.
