Oh wow this expansion pack makes Empire Earth so much better. Widescreen support ftw.

EDIT: Okay maybe if I was playing on an older PC with a small screen I wouldn't notice much of a difference. But seriously, this expansion pack is a freakin' godsend if you have a modern PC that can't run EE as well as an older PC. Plus I got it from gog.com, so... meh. My score still stands.

Jesus. This game is so frustrating.
Seriously. I've never raged at a game so much as this one before.
Plus it's only fun with friends. Much like Left 4 Dead and League of Legends, just to name a few. And since the party system in battlelog is abseloutely terrible, good luck with that.
Ugh. I can't wait until the idiot teams get out of this game and let me for once kill somebody. I swear, some people are just hackers or are extremely skilled right in the first few days.
The hit-registration lag is so frustrating it's hilariously rage quittable (did I just say that?). You die and die and die and die and die and eventually get to kill somebody. But WHOOPS! The game decided that the other guy shot first and you die for the 15th time. 70 ms servers lag like 200 ms servers. I'm not even kidding. THIS DOESN'T INCLUDE MOVEMENT LAG, YOU DIMWITS. I'M TALKING ABOUT SHOOTING HERE.

My god, this is NOT a balanced game at all, you thought BC2 was bad? Then watch this: 99% of the servers you get in to are basically 32 extreme professional players against 32 three year olds who can't grasp the concept of teamwork yet. You either get in the good team or the bad team. MUCH worse than Bad Company 2's excuse for team balancing which was pretty much making a 9v7 an 8v8.
And there was abseloutely no effort into balancing the teams WHEN IT COMES TO THE PLAYER'S SKILL LEVEL. Sure, it should be the server owners responsibility to install a team-balancing plug-in, but come ON! Did EA seriously expect that modders already figured out how to script an auto-balancing system right in the release day?

Plus, some the maps are far too big for 64-player mayhem. The player limit shoulda been 128 or so. Most of my deaths were because I was completely oblivious of that ONE SNIPER that just HAPPENS TO BE KILLING ME ALL THE TIME, because my team was completely elsewhere.

Speaking of teamwork, it's a disaster. Sure, it's the player's fault for not responsibilizing himself that he needs to help others, but for god's sake, you seriously can't see a mate of yours in the minimap because the icons are extremely small. And blue. Since the minimap and most of the HUD is blue, guess where does that lead to?

NO ONE ever covers you or helps you in a firefight (they are too busy being distracted in the right flank and no one covers the left one). NO ONE ever waits for people to get into their vehicle, even if it's for transport. EVERYONE thinks that teamwork "is dropping ammo/health for other people, reviving them, and occasionally getting a stolen kill".

This game is abseloutely fantastic. The community ruins it. I swear Battlefield 2 is TONS better just because of these problems.

Also connectivity problems everywhere.

The ammo system is just stupid though, I liked the overheating system alot better. But it's good that thermal clips are apparently optimized for all the weapons though. No different ammo types ftw.

Also game please stop making Shepard say things that MAYBE I don't want him to say.

Better than Deus Ex.

Yes I said it. This game does right everything Deus Ex did wrong. See: combat, AI, having squadmates to help you.

I'll be getting ME2 soon enough. I hope the rumours of you being able to transfer your ME1 saves to ME2 are true. I want to be a god-send Paragon male person with a classy haircut and a sexy scar. The default character is just too stupid.
