friend had to send 360 in for repairs and was unable to use netflix on their spare box. only worked with orignal 360 they used with netflix. that was when nxe first came out, not sure if they've changed.
could be the power supply gone bad. check the brick and that the power is securely connected. if that doesn't do it, i would return to store if purchased recently or contact ms if you've had a while, but still under warranty.
you can buy the plain hero doll in the marketplace at a stall to the right of the pub (or you can get through the fable website minigames/theater). one type of character specific doll can be won at the shooting range. all other character dolls must be traded . . . or if someone has them all, they can invite you to their game, sell one of the dolls to a merchant, buy it back, then you get the achievement for having watched.
