Get him to attack dom, then run past him staying in the light and go round to the machine gun up high and shoot him from there
its not mediorce, its a good game, but there are alot of quality shooters on the 360 and some are better than this
I havnt played prey but I own lost planet and crackdown and if your lookin for fun and something light hearted then crackdown's better, lost planet is good but a bit boring and frustrating in my opinion, but there both short but id go with crackdown
