Mass Effect 2.

I just now noticed it was from 2007, but hey, they both have released their best games now, so maybe it's time to discuss this again.

Mass Effect without a doubt. It is my favorite game ever and I loved the story and gameplay. Mass Effect 2 is even better than the first and makes me really want to play the third game. I also beat Metal Gear Solid 2, Metal Gear Solid 3, and Metal Gear Solid 4, and while they are great games too, I wasn't nearly as excited about them as I was for Mass Effect.
