My local GameStop is pretty terribe only orange labeled games do they get in early. If its a big release but not one warranting having a do not sell before xx/xx/xx label they get it the day after release usually late afternoon. If its just a regular release of a random games its usually two days afterward do they get it.
The game is pretty easy to pick up. Bad thing is there is no level or ranking system like Halo 3 were new players are kept together and veterans are kept together. In CoD4 rank means nothing and so you will possibly be but into matches with people that have like 10+ days logged onto the game.
Console games had been $50 since I started getting into gaming, thats the way it should have been, PC gmaes are still $50 for the same damn game. But because we own a console we gotta pay $10 extra for no reason other than because.
And sports games should only be $30, theres no need for them to be full price thats a waste and outright robbery to pay full price for last years game with a new roster.
Yeah, the Platinum Hits boxes are ugly, all you need is a price drop not an ugly makeover for the box. I know I'm a little OCD but my Fable TLC and Call of Duty 2 Special Edition look so out of palce compared to the rest of my Xbox and 360 games.
I'd go no more than $250 its all used so no guarantee if it breaks or not, good condition is a term that doesn't apply to 360s and RROD. Your getting a decent amount of stuff but I wouldn't go anywhere above 250 as at that point your getting close to just being able to buy a brand new one with a warranty.
