Why am i getting a PS3? because of some PS exclusive titles like MGS4, FF13 and GT5. These titles are the best games in the world and PS3 is the only platform to play them. When are these games going to be on the market? I think quite possibly after the BeiJing 2008 Olympic. So the resolution is simple, spend 250 bucks on an amazing looking and revolutionary Wii this holiday, and having a lot of fun playing with families and friends. Meanwhile keeping up good fights in RainbowSix, SplinterCells, Gears of War, Fable 2, and ultimately Halo3, race your mates in Forza2, kicking the ball in Winning Eleven 2007 and making the basket in NBA 2K7, all online........ All these fun are on XBOX 360, which is on my table now.. and in order to get these games, i have to sell my PS2, PSP and everything relates to them (BTW after 1y and 6m of using it, i think PSP is just a piece of crap in terms of gaming) . So i am happy to say I don't care when PS3 is going to launch in europe, i can wait until after Olympic 2008.... It won't be freaking 425 pounds, it will have best games, and yeah before that i can still have plenty of pleasure with XBOX 360 and Wii. No matter what everyone says, i think PS3 already failed at this moment. Because in the current-generation, PS2 is the first console that a gamer should have, from the first day it launched till its death (possibly sometime in 2007), this has been the truth. But in the next-gen, if you're not a sony fanboy, if you don't have plenty of $$$s in your pocket. XBOX 360 console that you get first. XBOX 360 is a great design, plenty of amazing games, and it's so much fun to play games online, ever arcade games like "Taxes holds them" will just make you want to play everyday after dinner till you sleep. Once you are in XBOX Live family you never wanna quit. I am quite confident to say that i don't need PS3 in my bedroom before winter 2008
