@Phazevariance: This feature doesn't actually help you if you're getting a dedicated receiver that supports Atmos.

If you had a receiver that wasn't able to do Atmos, then it would help, as you can now let the Xbox One do the sound decoding, and then pass it through the receiver and into the speakers.
