4.2 with the 965 and they are virtually the same thing so i would say 3.9 maybe 4.0 since the stock speed difference means the voltage of the 955 isnt going to stay at stock for as long (but then again i get stable OC at 3.8 on stock voltage)

based on the little information you have given so far am i to assume you have a dell inspiron 530s computer (its a dell and it runs a E5200 and is the only dell i could find that does so it was my best guess) if so then yes it can run the Core 2 Quad but that would be where it caps off.

i would recomend getting a new motherboard and processor if you can afford it...of course if it is a prebuilt then you have to worry about if the psu can handle the new hardware and then if the old motherboard had an on board gpu you need to get a gpu....awww screw it build a new computer...if you get it on black friday an excelent build can be had for arround 800 tops

because newegg says 600W minimum is the 50W gonna make a difference

the psu is crossfire ready i just was not sure if those 2 cards would be a bit much for it

ok well what about the PSU would a 550w be good enough for a PII 125w processor and 2 5770s
