Oblivion in my opinion was better, I think both were great but Oblivion is one of the greatest games I have ever played. Look out for Fallout 3, that should take over both games in the number one slot...
I just got a evga 8800 320gts. Its great, the evga is superclocked from 500-576mhz, and memory 800-850, for the same price. I would go evga if you get a 320mb version.
