@Danyal Mahmood Council has pirate copies and (often) cheats. Mods is a big plus on PC and directly results in sales. But bad idea would be to not have it on PC.

@plm3d_basic actually council pirated versions are already leaked out. There is no less piracy on other platforms than there is on PC.
