Why wouldn't Epic win? They tried to sue epic because they were too stupid to use the UE3 engine. And then they altered Epic's engine and changed code in their and used it as their own engine.

That's copy right. It's illegal to do that. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to call the final decision on this case. %100 Epic will win.

After the huge flop that the first Too Human is, the game will not sell enough copies for Silicon Knights to be able to make another game even if they wanted to. They spent so much money, and time on the first game that, basically, now they got no money left. And no publisher will back them up, since Too Human flopped.

Basically Silicon Knights is bankrupted. And after their court stuff with Epic, once Epic wins their counter-suit against SK, SK will be no more.

Thats why Dennis Dyack, the dumbass president of SK wanted all the money that Epic made from Gears of War, because he knew Too Human would flop so hard, they would go into bankruptcy. They need the money, or they go under.
