Well there is so much time in your life you will find time to play them all more then once. I know I have played VII more times then I can count. I have played ever single final fantasy up to this point even the ones on the cell phones. There is plenty of time to play these games I am currently playing 8 right now and i work 13 and a half hours a day with 7 hours of sleep. I am still able to make time its all about scheduling...

between these two i would have to say that ten is much better. a better story line and prolly one of the best battle systems they have ever done. being able to switch people in and out to use certains strengths in a battle, was the best. blitzball happened to be one of the best side games i have ever played i mean i would have bought it if they had just made it a regular game.

i highly doubt that it will be released this year. it has very little publicity and dont you think that something as big of this would be know for a while. i mean look at some of the games they tell you about a year in advanced. i doubt its coming out this winter. I forsee sevarl problems with it. That would definately push the launch of it

The biggest thing I would suggest is to rush through it and beat it as fast as possible. Why do I say this. Because nine times out of ten you really dont care about doing little side quests when playing a game for the first time. There is so much to this game it is crazy. Play the game again. Spend some time actually leveling up all your materia playing the side games, running through side stories getting the gold chocobo which takes forever and a day. Defeating all the weapons. Getting all the secret Materia. These are all very time consuming things to do and chances are you just want to play the story line the first time. I say play the story line the first time then go back and complete all of the other side quests. It is better to do the side quests after you know the whole story line. Its like putting the final pieces to the puzzle.

I know all about Squares past i have been playing the games since they were released in japan. Sony does not own Square but it was by sony's hand that square soft has stayed a legitmate company. It was on sony's console that FF7 hit over 10 million copies sold FF8 hit over 6.6 million 9 did 6 million and even on 10 hit over five million. It wasnt until 11 was released that they hit the lowest selling point until they put 11 on xbox. Blue dragon and lost odyssey were good but nothing new to the role playing experience. With the new generation needs better graphics and game play which would require a console capable of such. Yes nintedo has final fantasy games on their console but tell me who actually speaks word of them. they manage to do well in remaking the final fantasy games but they never sold as many copies as the originals. sure you can through in new dungeons and bosses but thats a moo point since its still the same game. we can argue this point all day but facts are facts Playstation is a more powerful system then xbox and they wont be able to keep up the same standards as Sony. Besides Xbox would not exsit if it wasnt for halo which is......a shooter. 'nuff said.

Rikku is way better looking then Paine is and her quirky humor and full of life attitude just makes her over all a better character. Paine is alright but lacks the edge that Rikku has in her personality

Microsoft has no right to be anywhere near a Final Fantasy title its Sonys own fault for not making sure that it stayed that way. When people speak of Final Fantasy the first thing they think of is a Sony only game. The only thing Microsoft could do to the Final Fantasy serious is break down the franchise. I own all three systems and Xbox is not meant for well thought out expanded RPG's. Give them the quick action games and shooters. Final Fantasy is turning itself into a more mature game needing more a mature audience. I consider Xbox's cartoony graphics a teenage version of Nintendo and I believe that is all they will ever accomplish.
