i checked the speed in washington and new york they were

downloading speed= 878kbps

uploading speed= 290kbps

where can i find out who my ISP is?

can someone tell me..when im setting up xbox live..i go through most of the sets and all..then it comes to the privacy and policy statement thing..and it says accept or decline..i click accept and everytime it freezes(ive tried over 50times it always freezes)?if u have any info or help..plz say..ty
