Joker could have been lead on to think Shepard was dead. The squadmate that was there, most likely saw Shepart get hit by a freaking reaper lazer beam of death. And it's not like Joker would have gotten of the ship, to look for him....

And after seeing a huge blast of energy coming your way, it would make sense to try and get out of range. Not knowing what that energy, is.

As long as it's not about retaking Omega, so much as thwarting TIM's plans for it....

TIM, or some other high ranking Cerberus dude, figures out some hidden function of Omega, and you're sent to stop him, and what not.

You mean a Geth platform not controled by Reapers? Sure. I'd like to see a couple of more Races.... But who other than the Geth can be added?

All I wanted to do was kill the Reapers and leave the rest of the Galaxy to their own fate and possiblities.... They just made things weird.
