I have figured out why they did not make a Zelda movie..

Link was made to relate to all the gamers that have played the game. This is most likely why he doesn't speak at all.  Link is an undefinable character with no special abilities besides killing monsters and saving Zelda from the evil dude.  that is what makes Zelda a classic, straight forward gameplay, simple controls and an interesting story. Good for kids.. good for adults. pretty cool
