Everyone keeps saying good and bad thing about Mass Effect 3 lately! It is about time we give you all something fun to do! How about a Mass Effect series trivia and pixel art contest!

Here is a teaser of my pixel art piece I've started today, using a base found in the contest page, which you'll find linked under side quest. I am still playing with her outfit, which will take much more time to get in some of those pixelated details. I'll share the finished Liara in another blog!

If you're not that good at pixel art I highly recommend starting off with a base, and then explore starting from scratch for the contest. You can learn a lot from starting with a base.

Many years ago I had a contest that allowed people to create characters while using what I called a figurinez base. They were all actually virtual dollz also known as paperdollz. For about a month there I was hooked on creating these game figurinez and later made a contest. I'm now interested in creating today's generation of characters!

I also can't wait to see more pixel art submissions of characters, scenes, and other items from the Mass Effect Universe!
