Blizzard has a dedicated fanbase for a reason. We love them for the games they have developed for many years now, and those games have not only provided fond memories, we also enjoy experiences with friends online and in real life. So, let's skip the drama for a moment (even I freaked out about their realID proposal of change) and get back to what is also important, the super delicious games they make us!
With that being said, I had the chance to play the World of Warcraft beta of Cataclysm during this Now Playing episode and it honestly kind of blew my mind. My brain knows exactly where everything is, even in Ogrimmar so I was trying to figure out where to go and where my favorite hangouts are (I primarily play my Horde Tauren Hunter, and I'm quite attached to her and my wild cat pets).
While exploring the Cataclysm beta things that looked like something for the past 4 years (I started late) are simply not the same anymore. The world is evolving kind of like it does in the real world. I have plans to do some sight seeting this weekend and fiddle around some more with my Worgen and Goblin. If you are currently in the beta (or you eventually get in) PM me with your beta name and server. We should hang out!
