I first start by saying CD is one of my favorite dev companies going way back to G1 PS days. I give Crystal Dynamics major kudos on Tomb Raider reboot but it is like going to McDonalds. WAIT! Let me explain my corny thought, you know how it taste and how it smells every time you order your favorite item on the menu. But it's the surroundings and company that makes the food experience taste even better the 40th time you experience the same menu item. We know it was good but this time around I didn't get my Hi-C Orange to go with my meal but the company was awesome.

I bought the game new at my local Game Stop and yes it is a good game hands down but the story of Lara Croft is a slippery slope. It was a go big or go home adventure that left me without the connection to the character.

It just was missing something I take with me after hours of game play. The story-

My call buy new or used won't be disappointed but don't expect the emotional connection....

@Gravity_Slave @JoeBeetle1 No no no ! In the south we have storms that can be days when internet comes back on so look at it that more things can happen. So I frown on the comment but understand that Johnny can go out and ride a bike sometimes. The point is 360 can play games offline and you don't have to wait. Not crying foul - if it's not broke don't fix it - except for those who pirate games I support a feature that would not allow or stop those getting online.

@DeViLzzz Totally support this! I didn't mention this in my post but def agree this needs to stop and support the industries who make the games!

My take on this is your service provider does go down from time to time. Cut line, maintenance, and other unforeseen events; what would you do if the game was not meant to be played online? Consider a different spin... another factor might also point to some parents not wanting children to have any online connection. I know Xbox has parental controls but some parents I know doesn't let her children on the internet for countless reasons.

Does Microsoft want to limit those with unique to unforeseen situations not to be able to play games offline. I agree to the many benefits to online connection as I stay connected as long as my internet is running but disagree to enable your Xbox useless until it connects. They way they have it setup on the 360 is still the way to go in my opinion. Counting the days to..... 05/21/13 to see what is announced.
