I don't own a ps3 but I played it at a friends house and we played warhawk and metal gear solid online for about 3 hours but no one in any of the games had a mic. I was wondering if people acually use them in more popular games like R2 and COD5.

I do have a 360 and I am used to everyone talking in COD 4 but when my 360 got the Red Ring I decided to buy it for PS3. Im using the mic that you get in warhawk and im just wondering if my mic is broken or if no one who plays PS3 has microphones.
