Only get Crackdown if you plan on playing co-op online. I say this because after beating the game's 21 bosses and races in under 8 hours, I found that there was nothing else to do (unless you want to fight gang members randomly by turning the option on or if you want to orb hunt).

It's a great rental though.

That depends on how you play it. It may take 8 hours to run through the bosses and do all the races but also take into account all the agility orbs and hidden ones, and getting up all your levels max and that is atleast another solid 5 hours of play if not more. And also there is exploring the cities and doing different things to your imagination that may side track you for awhile. This game can take a lot longer then people say but thats up to you. Not to mention all the downloadble content comming out. More cities, vechciles, and skins. It is worth the purchase in my opinion, and im very satisfied with mine.

being 20 im not far into the adult age but it would be nice to play against some people who are over the age of 12...would probably improve the gaming experience...im downjhotmann

If Crackdown gets AAA status then I'll be really disappointed with Gamespot...the demo is boring. Jump, shoot, drive cars, shoot some bad guys (with boring shooting action to boot!

It's just sooo generic. It's nothing I can't get out of GTA.

Really you can climb buildings, jump from rooftop to rooftop, lift objects, throw bodies etc.. in GTA? I think not

In my opinion, this game is D- at best. the graphics are so bad. i mean Nainja Gaiden on Xbox blows this thing out of the water in graphics. the gameplay is horrible Story???? wow quit comparing every game to gears of war, sorry to disappoint but not every game will look like that. how are the graphics bad?? its just a different art style of graphics, and if it had amazing photo realistic graphics then the game would be no where near as good as it is, it would be a hell of a lot smaller. kids and their graphics these days
