Well I bought my first game off of the Virtual Console. Sin And Punishment takes the honor. I bought it because recently I saw that Nintendo began to put import games on the VC and saw this would be one. I read something about it in a very old issue of Nintendo Power and always wanted to try it out. So far, 30 minutes, so good. I actually love it. It's made by Treasure, for the uninitiated is the "God" of the classic shooter/shmup. It's very easy, probably the best looking N64 games, one of the last and from what I hear short. This purchase might spark me buying more, but the only reason I bought it was because it never came out here and I collect video games, so I'd rather have the actual copy, aka I'm not going to buy a Mario or Zelda game because I already have nearly every one.
I'm delaying my PSP blog, again. I like it, I like my DS. Overall I think I still like the DS more, more unique games instead of just, dumbed-down console games IMO. There are some grood games to be sure, I like Lumines II, Metal Gear Acid 2, Wipeout Pure, Star Wars Battlefront Renegade Squadron, and The Warriors. I'll probably get a console version of The Warriors to play the "best" version, and my problem with Wipeout, and most PSP games so far, is the analog stick isn't that good for playing the games. It's in an awkward position that'll give your hand cramps if you play for too long, and IMO the d-pad controls better in Wipeout. Actually that's alot of what I was going to talk so I might not do it but who knows.
