If they can actually learn from their past mistakes they might just do something great. Since the first psp came out, I've always wondered why they didn't just have a ps2 controller, the two parts that fit in both hands nicely and just have a nice tidy screen in the middle, maybe the hardware wasn't around to do that back then but I'd bloody love to have that, it would be as perfect as they're gonna get to such a word, proper cool.

Similar to how the nintendo switch is doing it now, it could be a screen and you just connect the two parts of the controller onto either side of the screen, it just has to fit in the hands lovely like the old dualshock controllers, and with batteries getting even smaller, lighter, energy efficient, could easily have a good size LED screen. And don't be so uptight with stupid official sd cards too.

Sony missed a huge opportunity to have classics from the ps1 and ps2 days to work with the ps vita too, another idea that could work, even if it was a bit crude using an emulator like epsxe, you still got the nice playstation controls in your hands.

Do it Sony.

@dhmatt90: I agree completely. The original motorstorm was the best, absolutely mind blowing. The only things I wanted were local split screen and for the online to be a bit quicker at loading, be more smooth and to include AI drivers. I can remember the E3 trailer for motorstorm back in 2005 / 6, that's probably what motorstorm would look like on ps4 =P

I'd love a new one, no brainer really because like someone else said, it's in a league of its own. Oh and I love the AI, one of those things you love to hate I think. Just how aggressive it is, and the bigger and heavier the vehicle, the more and more aggressive it'd be. Like if you were in a racing truck(these are not small as is) you'd always be lookin' over your shoulder for a big rig, or if you were on a motocross or quad bike, you'd watch out for the mud pluggers haha.
