You can change the channel frequency on your router, though I only know how to do it on Linksys branded routers. I had the same problem until I switched to a different channel.
Doesn't Microsoft/Rare own the rights to the Perfect Dark games? Re-do that game, add online, and there you go. Goldeneye but with more gameplay options and guns.
