In college, it was called History of the U.S after 1877. It was for a gen ed requirement, and it was a 100 level course. But holy..it was hard, we met MWF and had a full chapter to know know each time. We were quizzed on minute details of each chapter. Midterm and final, both of which had a paper component, also there were two book reviews. I am almost done with 2nd year, and have done 300 levels in my major classes, but none have matched that class. I ended up with a B-.
Well..it works the pectorals major muscules, triceps, and some shoulder/elbow/wrist stability too. I consider it one of the three major compound lifts. Bench press, squats, and pull ups.
