So I've been waiting around for the Two Worlds patch, my copy has been sitting on the shelf collecting dust. Low and behold the mother-ship landed they released the patch! I cracked my copy for the second time ever with a feeling of joy I could actually play this game.

Disappointment!

So I should have guessed that a company which released a game which was obviously not finished would never come through. v1.6... six patches later and the game still runs like crap. I know buying a bad game is one thing, there are a lot and once you buy it what are you going to do?

The story in Two Worlds dosen't make me jump for joy, but the whole hack n slash is still fun. I'm not complaining about games which are weak, I'm talking about the games that are released which are not by any means finished. This patch took Two Worlds from 20fps (maybe) to 30fps... and thats looking towards the ground and not turning.... WTF!

How do companies get away with this crap?

I've never wanted my money back more for anything than this game. Your shafted at the store, once the seal is broken it can't be returned.

Gamespot seriously needs a new rating value... "UNFINISHED" or "BROKEN". Who cares how nice the game is or can be if a game is broken it's broken. Now I'm one of the idiots that bought Two Worlds before there was any sort of review... damn. We as gamers have to do something about company's that pawn off alpha stage games on us because they've ran short on time and need the money.

I swear I will never buy another South Peak product again.
