My broadband on my PS3 is 2.2Mb/s. The download speed isn't higher than max 300Kb/s...

Like I said in the topic; the download speed on my laptop and iPhone 4 is as they should, it's only the PS3 that wont have what I pay for. That means there is something with the PS3 or router, not the company.

Some time ago I had some problems with my PS3 download and upload speed. I didn't know what caused it. I later figured that the upload and download speed on my PS3 had been that bad since I got it. At the end I found out that portforwarding was the way to fix the problems. And that did it. My PS3's download and upload speed was as high as I pay for.

Then like a month ago I noticed that my download speed on the PS3 was incredible slow again. I checked the "test" on preferences, and it did only show 2.2Mb/s. I pay for 10. I checked the speed on my laptop and iPhone 4 in the same room, and they both got 10Mb/s. The upload speed however is correct on my PS3. It's just that darned download.

Does anyone know what has caused it, or what can be done to fix it? I would really appreciate some help.

I was just wondering if I need to unplug my new 360 S after use to prevent heat or power consuming. Is it necessary or shall I just leave it in standby?

I was just wondering if the PS3 Slim is more powerfull or better in anyway from the PS3 60GB BC one?

I have the 60GB BC one. I have never used the BC, no need for the two extra usb innput and i have no use for the memory stick input. So I was wondering if I should "upgrade" to the Slim version...

My PS3 keeps on freezing all the time, so i have decided to exchange it with a new PS3. The only problem is that i have a level 712 Demon's Souls character which is copy-protected. I have also read that if you backup copy-protected files, you can only restore them to the same PS3 system. So is there anyway for me to backup my Demon's Souls save file and play it on a new PS3 along with all the other save files?

I was just wondering if it is possible to play the whole game on Hard difficulty without using a Vita-Chamber and at the very end where you need to help the little sister before killing Fountain can switch to Survivor difficulty to get the two Survivor trophies.
